Introduction: Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma (MEITL), formerly known as type II enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma, is a rare and aggressive subtype of lymphoma of the gastrointestinal track typically noted in Asian or Hispanic populations.
